Paid registrants during event to be registered at our website (fmjobz.com) as a jobseeker before 31 dec 2020, else registration would be cancelled and amount would be refunded.

Services for the registrants informed during event will be commenced only upon official mail or call or sms from fmjobz.com stating "SERVICES INITIATED".

If no services initiated from fmjobz.com due to technical difficulties or data insufficieny before 31 dec 2023, service termination would be intimated to registrants and amount would be refunded.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, Including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from (i) any material You provide to Website, (ii) any Web Site Content that You use or (iii) your breach of the terms of these Terms and Conditions.
